We are
looking to hire a committed marketing professional to join our dynamic
Marketing team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate
will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in maintaining and
developing new business relationships for the company.
Responsibilities:• Ensure all mutual BD deliverables are met by contacting all clients for deliverables of all campaigns
• Contact key events organizers and pitch tie up opportunities
• Cross sell, up sell and service all key clients accounts
• Prepare presentations and attend client meetings, conferences, job fairs, etc. on a regular basis
• Liaise cross functionally on a daily basis to collect, assimilate
and analyze marketing activities across all markets and all offices.
Report these findings in a timely and accurate fashion to management.
• Manage the day to day running of barter associations, planning, executing and reporting in a timely manner.
• Research, assist and monitor Bayt.com product launches to ensure sales objectives are met.
• Manage execution of internal and external collateral material,
working with suppliers to deliver quality and cost efficient material
throughout the year.
• Collaborate on aggressive efforts to further grow the Bayt.com
brand name as well as user base, continuing to anchor the Bayt brand as
the undisputed leader in the Middle East.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing plans designed to
increase overall growth of job seeker registrations and completed CVs
through acquisition, retention, and registration to completed CV
conversion programs. Includes development of weekly reporting and
analysis of user traffic to the site.
• Responsible for the content, implementation and execution of career pages for media partners.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
